" The Burning of the devil "

Every  year  there's  a  big  celebration  in  Badalona.  It's  called  "  the    
burning  of  the  devil  ". 

The  burning  of  the  devil  is  in  May  and  It's  a  celebration  of  the 
spring.

On  this  day. I  meet  my  friends  at  eight  and we  see  the   firecrackers.  When  firecrackers  are  finished  we  go  to  a  restaurant  and  eat.  After   lunch,  we  go  to thr  beach  and  play,  when   It's  too  late  we  go  home.


I  love  this  celebrations  because  I  can  spend  much  time  with  my  friends  and  I  also  like  to  watch  the  firecrackers.  There  is  also  a  lot  of  people  in  the  street.  This  one  of  the celebration  that  I like  most  of  all  the  year.

                                                      Description  of  an  animal 

The  husky  is  a  very  nice  animal.  In  fact,  an  husky  is  not  a 

wolf,  it  is a  type  of  dog.

Thry  run  and  help  humans  to  carry  sleds.  They  live  in  cold 

areas.  They  eat  dry  food. 

They  live  between  12  to  14  years.

It  is  friendly  and  itelligent.  Their  height  is  50  to  60 cm. 

I  like  the  husky  because  they  are 

very  nice  and  have  a  very  smooth  skin.

Nationality and language report

 
 In  my  class  there  are  twenty  students  from  four  differents  countries.  There  are  people  from  Spain.
Catalonia,  Ecuador  and  Pakistan.

At  school  we  have  English  classes  three  times a  week.  Catalan,  Spanish,  Latin  and  German  are  also  subjects  here.  People  in  this  class  speak  Spanish,  Catalan,  Arabic,  French,  English,  Armenian,  Greek  and  Russian.

My  level  of  English  is  OK.  My  vocabulary  is  quite  good,  but  I  want  to  improve  my  listening  and  speaking.  I  think  it's  good  idea  to  learn  grammar  and  watch  videos  subtitled  in  Spanish.     

NEW YORK

                                          Description of New York

My  favourite  city  is  New  York.  It's  in  the  United  States  and  it's  6.168  kilometres  from  Badalona.

I'ts  a  big  city  and  there  are  8.406  millions  people  living  there.

I  like  it  because  New  York  is  a  friendly  place.  Four  tourists  there are  a  lot  of  museums  and


shopping  stores,  and  there  are  some  modern flats.  My  favourite  place  is  the  Central  Park.

In  New  York  there  are  many  airports  like  Jonh F.  Kenneday,  LaGuardia...

There  are  also  buses  to  get  you  to  places.

My  name's  Ana. I'm  eleven  years  old  and  I'm  a  student  at  Pineda  High  School  in   Badalona.

My favourite colour is blue.


My  favourite  group  of  cheerleaders  is  Golden  Lady Jags.

My  other interests are  gymnastics  and  cooking  cakes.

I'm  interest  in  music  and animals.


I'm  not very interested in  art,  martial arts.

I'm  really  into  cheerleaders  and hip hop.
