My favourite animal
My favourite animal is the dog , I like this animal because it is very sweet. In this picture they are playins "football" with other dogs, they are very happy, in the other picture it is swimming on the beach.

THE DAY OF THE DEVIL
Every year there's a big celebration in Badalona. It's called the day of the devil. This day is in May and it's a celebration of spring.
On the day of the devil I get up at 9 o'clock and I meet friends and we go to the "carrer del mar" and in the afternoon I go there again. They burn a devil every year.
I like this day because I like staying with my friends in the afternoon there are a lot of people in the street.

In my class there are tewnty srudents from six countries. There are people from Spain, Morocco, Catalonia, Ghana and Ecuador.
At school we have English classes three times a week. Catalan and Spanish are also subjects here. People in this class speak Spanish, Catalan, Arabic, French, English, Armenian and Greek.
My level of English is OK. My vocabulary is quite good, but I want to improve my listening and speaking. I think it's a good idea to memorize examples and to watch DVDs in English.

ROME
Rome is a city in the south west of Italy. It's got a population of about 2,627 and there's a lot of tourism here.
I love Rome because there are a lot of historical buildings, the people are polite and the city is cleaner than Badalona.
Rome is 1,352,5 km from Badalona by car and it's about 13 hour and 38 minutes but in public transport it is 1 day and 1 hour.

My name's Nora. I'm twelve years old and I'm a students at La Pineda High School in Badalona. I like meeting friends, especially going to eat with them and going to the beach. My favourite pleace yo go eating is Mc Donal's .
