Dolphin

DOLPHIN

The animal in this photo is a dolphin. Dolphins are mammals and they are grey. Also, they have white teeth. Dolphins are from 1.5 to 4 meters long. Here, it's jumping. The photo is amazing.

They live in oceans or rivers. They eat some fish and breath air. They have a hole in the head to breathe. Dolphins are quite intelligent mammals.

A dolphin has one problem. In Japan they capture dolphins to eat and make soup of dolphin. But they never kill all dolphins. I like dolphins very much because they are beatifull animals.

Sant Joan

A SPECIAL DAY: '' Sant Joan''.

Every year there's a beatifull celebration in Spain. It's called ''Sant Joan''. The ''Sant Joan'' is in June and it's a celebration of the summer.

On the day of ''Sant Joan'' I meet my friends and family. We go to the park and throw firecrackers of a lot of colours. On this day I wear old tracksuits, old t-shirts and broken trainers.

I love throwing firecrackers becouse it is a lot of fun. For me, this tradition is better than other celebrations. We also listen to songs and eat ''Coca dolça''.

Nationality and language report

In my class, 1 ESO D, are twenty-two students from four different countries. There are people from Spain, Catalonia, Morocco, China and Honduras.

At la Pineda high school we have English classes three times a week. German, Catalan, Spanish, Latin and Greek are also subjects here. People in my class speak Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Arabic and Mandarin.

My level of English is quite high. My vocabulary is not very good, but I want to improve my listening and speaking. I think it's a good idea to watch films in English with subtitles.

When I have an exam I revise vocabulary and practise listenings with my brother. On Sundays we watch TV in English with subtitles.

In the future, I want to speak Mandarin and English very well becouse it is very important and interesting.

My favourute place : CORME

Corme is a small village and It's in the north-west of Spain. It's got a population of about 1,500. Badalona has got more population than Corme.
I like Corme very much becouse It's more wonderfull, friendlier and safer than Badalona. There isn't modern houses. My fovourite place is the beach and the park, in the park there aren't any toboggan and swings.
Corme is 64 kilometres from 'La Coruña'.

MY HOBBIES

My name's Jordi I'm twelve years old, I'm a student at INS La Pineda in Badalona. I like sport very much, especially football. I play in a football team. My other interests are music and chatting with my phone with my friends.
My favourite music is rap. Zarcort is a boy, he records videos in Youtube about rap. I'm his fan.
I'm really into computers games becouse it's fun, but I don't have time to play.
