Rihanna was born Robyn Rihanna Fenty on February 20th, 1988, in Saint Michael, Barbados.
His parents are Monica Braithwaite, a retired accountant, and Ronald Fenty, a supervisor in a factory warehouse.
His mother, a native of Guyana, is African-Guyanese and her father is Barbadian.She is the eldest of three children.She has two younger brothers of the same parents, Rajad Fenty. RorreyRihanna also has one half brother and half sister by his father, each born of different mothers before Rihanna's father married his mother.She grew up listening to reggae music, and began singing at the age of seven years old.
