Description of a picture

You have 3 options:

1.                 Describe your favourite picture or a picture from the internet.
2.                 "PI 1": Student's book page 82, exercise 5.
3.                 "PI 2": Translate the description on the workbook page 57, exercise 

Answer the following questions about the picture:

#1st paragraph:
  • How many people can you see?
  • Where are they?

#2nd paragraph
  • What are they doing
  • How are they feeling
  • What are they wearing?
  • Who is taking the picture?

#3rd paragraph
  • Why do you like the picture?

Useful language:



We can see...... (1 point)
There is ........ . / There isn't....... .(1 point)
There are ........ . / There aren't...... .
He has got...... / She has got.... / We have got......(1point)
Minimum 3 examples of Present continuous:(3 points)
Subject + am / is / are + v-ing

TOTAL: 10 points

There is an app called "Difuminar imagen", which may be useful to pixelate your face and/or your friend's faces. If your friends appear in the picture ask them for permission or pixelate their faces.
